Secret Recording of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Reveals Ukrainian Officials Speak Russian in Private

I have republished the video of the recording that might have cost Oleksiy Honcharuk, Ukraine’s prime minister, his seat. I shall give it English subtitles over the weekend… 

The video features a discussion the Prime Minister had with a representative of the central bank about the unnaturally high exchange rate of the Hryvnia which is killing the industry. But I care little about that, note the language of the discussion. What do I hear?

Is that… NO… that’s RUSSIAN!

Let me get this straight, the Ukrainian parliament recently legislated that Russian language instruction in schools be banned. (good luck getting Crimea and Donbass back after this) But here we hear two top officials in the country using Russian.

You will hear these officials speak Ukrainian when addressing the idiots, I mean the nation. They will be reading that off paper or teleprompter. Behind close doors however…

I don’t even hear a word of Ukrainian from this super-patriot. Not a peep!

Attacks on Jews in Uman

The other day, a pogrom on the Jewish community of Uman happened, four people ended in hospital.

On Friday in Uman a group of local hooligans, around 30 people, attacked the Jews near the grave of Rebbe Nachman and beat them up. As a result of the pogrom 4 Jews ended up in hospital. The witnesses say the hooligans were armed with sticks and knives. Because of many incidents and the inaction of the police, the Jews in Uman began organising a special defence group to protect themselves from hooligans.

The fight broke out after a small altercation between one Ukrainian and the Jews, after which he called his friends to beat up the Jews.

This is not the first time something like this has happened.

In 2016, two hooligans began spraying blood in the tomb of Rebbe Nachman, and dropped a pig’s head with a swastika etched into it. And there was also a grenade attack on the tomb.

Plane Insanity

So it looks like Iran has admitted to shooting down the Ukrainian International Airlines flight few days ago…

The former secretary of the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksandr Turchynov thinks that the responsibility for the shooting down of the Ukrainian Boeing should be carried not just by the Iranian government but also that of the Russian Federation.
