Murica, with the help of other Western governments, and private “philanthropists” like Soros maintains a network of NGOs that control the political sphere in a given country. Especially in poor East European countries these NGOs are good grift for many. If Murica and the globalists need to influence certain political processes, they pump money into this network, send in specialists and things get rolling.

The Georgian government decided to enact a foreign agents law and gain some sovereignty. And of course it got protests from granteaters.
