I have appealed the decision but I kinda agree that Slava Ukrayini is hate speech. It has radical origins in fascistoid circles in 1930s, and was made official among Ukrainian nationalists in 1939 on a congress in Rome. So called Roman salute or what I call on this blog Siegheiling is an integral part of this. And the young gentleman is doing it right.
