Basically, there are possibilities for rapid growth in fields such as chemistry, medicine, invention of new materials, solving complex physics and mathematics. The fear is that the AI will eventually outgrow its human parents that nothing human will make it out of the near future…

So, the Czech media bring up a poll among 601 people conducted by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology that says 54% of Ukrainians don’t want to cede Donbas to Russia. 69% think that Russia wants to genocide the Ukrainians and take away their statehood. 83% think that Russia wants to achieve greater goals than just the takeover of Donbas. 3/4 think that the Ukrainian military is able to hold back the Russians. They believe Russia is advancing slowly with huge losses, and will eventual exhaust itself.

601 in a country that had like 30 – 40 million people before the war (at least officially because Zelensky refused to conduct a census) seems kinda low. Any marketing research here in Czechia gathers like 3,000 respondents. But Ukraine is fucked anyway. The more they continue this war, the worse it will get, the more land will they lose, the more people will leave. In fact, they shouldn’t even have started this in the first place. 😆👌

The Russians are gonna step up the pressure, gradually. Ukraine failed to accept Russia’s demands in Istanbul, Russia changed its strategy. Ukraine kept attacking Russian refineries, now Kiev is freezing. Russia will gradually increase the cost until Ukraine agrees to the demands Russia made clear and did not really change for years. I heard the opinion that Zelensky is purposefully dragging this until the very end and then he will flee to London, and head government in exile, Ukraine be damned. 😆👌

There is no such thing as anti-Western alliance

So the internet is abuzz with trolling Russia over its presumed failures to defend “allies” in Syria, in Venezuela, or in Iran. But please show me any document, which obligates Russia to defend Iran, or Venezuela. Why do people assume that any country that is at loggerheads with the Globohomo is somehow Russia’s allies, because they buy weapons from Russia? Well, the West wouldn’t sell them weapons and because of variety of sanctions, Russia doesn’t have that many buyers for its gear.

And quite frankly, Putin was totally pro-Western in the beginning. He even asked to join NATO. But since the Americans had other plans, Russia was cast out. The Americans brought into NATO, Soviet Union’s former satellites to create a wall between Mittleuropa and Eurasia. The only arrangement that the Anglo Empire fears. And Russia need to be kept out of this arrangent because the East European countries needed to be kept in constant fear of the bear. And for a good measure, the West decided to light up few fires underneath the bear.
