I am generally against keeping pets. Most pets are wild animals in captivity. Unless you are able to imitate their natural habitat, donât even buy it. Keeping a solitary hamster in a cage with a running wheel is modern age dystopia. Reminds me of people in the cities with sedentary job that get some movement in an overpriced gym.
I am even against keeping dogs in cities. Dog is a proper domesticated animal that has lived with humans for millennia but it needs space to run and marks its territory with urine. If you have a house with a garden and an adjacent field where the animal can run around and be happy, donât do it. I have a dog but I live in a rural area.

Woke does not always lead to broke. By why is Veilguard a worse gaming experience than BG3? The developers of Veilguard have a large corporation backing them, the Electronic Arts. BG3 was developed by Larian, an independent studio. Also, while BG3 includes homosexuality and you can create a trans character in the game, I have not encountered a dialogue preaching to me about pronouns and misgendering. Mediocre gaming experience and being preached to on gender ideology is what disgusts the public about Veilguard.
Also, BG3 allows you to turn off sexual scenes. Actually woke does not always lead to broke. I have heard an interesting idea about solar recently. Apparently, the technology of solar panels is getting more and more effective, and batteries too are getting cheaper and more sophisticated. Sunny places, like the Mediterranean coast, could achieve energy abundance that could power manufacturing, and data centers. Southern Italy deserves this boon, as it is a depressed place subsisting on tourism but unfortunately that place is also heavily corrupt so I donât know if they will manage. Maybe an influence from outside could help.
For us in Northern Europe it is only small modular reactors. Actually, if it was up to me, I would allow northern countries to burn coal. It is our divine right to heat our homes with hydrocarbons. In fact wood is good and renewable and literally binds CO2. Biodiesel is also renewable. I support burning wood and biodiesel hybrid cars.
