On 8 July Zaluzhny published a text in The Telegraph.
Zaluzhny basically said that in this attrition war, Ukraine is not going to win this pissing contest. Russia is simply bigger. And while Ukraine does some serious damage to Russia, Russia does more damage in Ukraine. And the support of Western countries is not certain.
I am not sure why he published it. Zaluzhny is a banderite, and while he can rehabilitate himself and find accommodation with Russia, he can also stay in UK forever. I wonder how long will this war take before Ukraine breaks. I heard there might be 17 million people left in Ukraine. Imagine, the largest country in Europe with the population of Czechoslovakia. (Czechia and Slovakia). And this is brutal.
Zaluzhny also questions the future of NATO as a guarantor of peace in Europe. He say Ukraine can play a pivotal role in shaping a new security architected in Europe.

This article that is featured in the middle talked about Russia testing NATO resolve by staging a small invasion of a neighboring NATO country. I personally think Russia would avoid such an escalation. Russia did not even remotely attack producers or importers of gear to Ukraine in NATO countries but they could. Hybrid attacks, such as sabotage using patsies is possible but Russia will limit itself to directly attacking storages, workshops, and logistics in Ukraine only.
I strongly believe that NATO provides a protection from NATO attack, and NATO on the other hand would rather use a proxy like Ukraine to attack Russia than be involved directly. The problem I see is that work is long, works is hard, the money sucks ass, and you can afford less and less for your money every year. You cannot even increase the rent because the market sucks ass. Your savings account has an interest of 0,whatever. All the millionaires left for Dubai. If you reach a certain threshold in wealth, there is no point in remaining the resident of most places in the contemporary West.
But the post war prosperity in the West is seen as a psy-op against the Communist nations. The problem is the Bolshevik system was decrepit and notoriously inefficient in providing basic necessities for the people. And this is why the experiment failed and all the countries either became liberal democracies or authoritarian regimes with a market economy. Communist parties remained only in China and Vietnam. North Korea also introduces elements of free market.
Bolshevik style revolutions and regimes are thing of the past. Ain’t nobody got time for that. But in the West, the neoliberal system no longer makes people prosperous. It is not so much because the threat of the Communists has waned, many young people demand socialist policies, they want the gibs. It is a feature of the neoliberal system to exploit the masses in Amazon warehouse.
A summary of today’s shameful press conference of Andrej Babiš before the summit of NATO:

What remains is to say which Russian gubernia will we be joined to.
For context, NATO wants us to pay 2% on defense. This is what we cannot do. In fact Czechia was always a freeloader in NATO. In fact, I have heard that Czechia became part of NATO without being ready according to NATO standards and I am not sure if Czechia is militarily a country that follows NATO standards today. I am in fact against our membership in NATO, we are too small and insignificant and don’t need this embarrassing theatre. Austria is not in NATO and they don’t have politicians that threaten the sheep 🐑 with becoming a Russian gubernia.
Ammunition initiative is a scheme under which the Czechs would find ammunition around the world and then ask various Western countries to pay for it so it can be shipped to Ukraine. The new government doesn’t want to send money to Ukraine or pay for the ammunition.
Gubernias were abolished in Russia after the Tsarist regime fell and anyone, who uses such antiquated terminology is stoking Russophobia. And it is my belief that all these purveyors of Russophobia would become utterly irrelevant if Czechia wasn’t in NATO.
