Basically, the idea above is that the age of consent is arbitrary. I had a sex with a 14 year old girl when I was 16. I think Macinka should get himself an English conversation tutor, he can do it now that he is a minister. I think he was a bit slow against Sikorski, who is of higher caliber. Macinka’s argument about the European Commission being undemocratic came across as rather weak because his ass was not directly elected into the Czech government either. But honestly, I think in some respects US states have more freedom to decide their destiny than individual members of the EU.
