Koleso Henot’by – Ukrainian samsara is an old meme from the time of the Maidan. I would say it comes from the start of the “Anti Terrorist Operation” in 2014, which was to drive the separatists from Donbas and ended up in cauldrons.

The wheal posits several juxtapositions. Peremoha and Zrada is the main.

Peremoha and Zrada (Victory and Betrayal)

This fundamental opposition is explained on this blog in the Glossary of terms. Victory and betrayal might seem like opposites but in Ukrainian reality they follow each other. After Peremoha comes betrayal.

Similarly, after Dopomoha (that is [foreign] help) comes Han’ba (that is shame) a military humiliation, which we see unfolding right now.

And likewise, Maidan leads Borot’ba (that is struggle).
