The drone was meant to provoke some kind of response from Russian air force, which will in turn scare the shit out of NATO countries. It’s US way of saying “look! Russia is dangerous! Ukraine needs all the firepower to deal with Russia”, because let’s face it: US wants the war in Ukraine to last as long as possible.
Looks like Poland has bought into it and has agreed to deliver fighter jets to Ukraine. Even though the amounts it sent probably won’t matter that much.
Kiev will most likely just sell it to some other guys. But it’s also likely that some plane parts will be dismantled and stolen by Ukrainian military soldiers for their own gains, if not getting blown by some nice Lancets before it even sees actions.

I am not sure how they want to store and manage those planes in Ukraine.
