Do you ask where I got this figure? I pulled it out of my ass. Just like the figure you read in the media of 5,000 Russian soldiers being leveled in Ukraine and the entire narrative about a Russian invasion going badly. Some SBU lout pulled this out of his smelly behind. These stories are designed first and foremost to disorient and démoralise the Russian public. But I don’t know why are the Western media regurgitating them? Western reporting on the conflict has been abysmal.
