When I first heard of BlackRock setting up a fund to rebuild Ukraine, I thought to myself : “Who would be so stupid to invest in this?” But I guess the belief in Ukraine’s victory was strong. I can’t blame BlackRock for being naive or for trying to fleece gullible NPCs out of their money.
