Ukrs and their supporters think that if the Russians are using civilian cars, motorcycles, and tractors to move around means they ran out of armored vehicles. Ukrs are using civilian cars too by the way. I have seen fundraisers here in Czechia for cars. As if APCs are some high technology in the age of drones.
