I mean shit, I don’t even think them tribesmen can even afford Internet. That’s why I’m wondering how did Musk get his revenue. As far as I can see, Musk is like Larry Finks. He’s willing to say and do anything if it means it can generate some profits for him. But this type of philanthropist works? That doesn’t sound too much like him at all.

I am not sure but these initiatives tend to draw in NGO funds. Various foundations of wealthy people have agents that seek these initiatives out.
