All this bear talks from both genders seem to have indicating one thing: folks are gradually losing their social skills. They no longer understand how to deal with others who’re different and the basic concept of agree to disagree.
Shits gonna keep getting more and more cringe from this point on, until we really need to have surrogacy and gigantic nursery center to replace traditional parenting…I mean, even if they have kids, you won’t trust those who keep mentioning bears to be anyone’s mother or father, won’t you? I know I won’t.
Then again, I can’t say it, because….”everyone has rights to be parents, as long as we love our kids. Sometimes I can’t help but thinking, perhaps the world needs to get that fucked up, that’s when most of these second and third gen middle-class can realize how stupid and overall childish they are the whole time. Perhaps by then, it’ll be too late, as the world is running under that medieval socioeconomic with only serfs and noblemen with no cover attached. But at least they can realize it and learn to stop carrying their bitchy attitude everywhere they go and understand the basic concept of consequences of their actions. I mean, most of the OG middle-class are basically medieval serfs with a tiny dose of gold and live in mansions and condos anyways. They can’t raise kids worth shit, as they got their minds twisted by cash. Might as well, so their kids can actually grow up properly with mental health attached.

True, most of the OG middle class are basically descended from urbanized rangers, carpenters, manorial servants, and farmers. Modernity, industrialization, and globalization afforded them this middle class lifestyle. Actually this lifestyle in the Middle Ages was enjoyed by lower nobility and the free people of the cities that engaged in trade. This was of course a tiny social strata that simply got expanded by the changes made to the economy. We now seem to be reverting to a more stable world more akin to the certainties of the feudal world of the Middle Ages than anything we have known for the last 200 years. Not these guys talking about a Techno-feudalism. But this will take time to settle in. Also, all these ideologies like Feminism are a coping mechanism to deal with the disruption brought about by the death of the feudal world that existed for millennia and the birth of the industrial society. In terms of economy, this uprooting of man was drastic, note the changes in Europe in nineteenth century or in China in the twentieth century. I believe many of us simply cannot cope with this change. And this is why slowly, this world will have to find some stable framework.

Either way, the middle-class lifestyle as we know will go away one way or another, in US, in EU and even in East Asia, whether we like it or not. This is my prediction on how things will turn out:
I think in the future, probably around the end of this century or the early 2100s…2100s, 2110s…etc, there will not be any middle-class left and all the protesters and rioters will be brutally suppressed or shipped to Taiwan, South Korea and Japan as a temporary remedy for the abnormality within the demographic…of course, that will fail too at some point and may even lead to some bloody incidents with the locals. Eventually, there will only be upper-class, serfs (they will be there, as I doubt the elites will trust AI on everything) and a small fraction of mostly medical personnels to treat diseases as well as mechanics and engineers for maintaining the AI system – the medical guys and mechanics/engineers will be the only ones who live a lifestyle that’s close to what’s considered to be today’s lower middle-class to middle-class lifestyle, as those are akin to medieval tradesmen. Taxes will be heavy too. Upper middle-class will be all but gone. Most of Murican McMansions and neighborhood such as some parts of LA surburbs, most of Seattle’s East Side and Long Island, New York; and for Europe…probably the richer parts of London and the more upscale parts of Paris where them Asian bitches love to daydream about, may be turned into farmlands. The serfs and perhaps even the medical personnels and engineers will be reproduced through surrogacy and raised in the nursery centers, thus the heavy taxes.
It’ll be that way for several centuries I suppose…probably until 2400s or 2500s; that may be when someone finally say enough is enough…probably sooner, as I doubt they could come up with something akin to how the Vatican was back in 1400s, and the faith towards Vatican was the main reason why medieval age lasted that long. That’s when some geniuses may launch a successful revolution on a worldwide scale. Enlightenment Movement 2.0 will begin. History repeats itself after almost a thousand years, and this time it will be worldwide instead of just Europe…well, I can only hope that this time, it will turn out better and everyone will be covered; I’d give a bit hint, the key is social mobility and enable everyone to live how they want to live, and the ones who need emotional supports will get their share, so they won’t grow up deformed like today’s women…I mean, the Germans kinda fucked it up when they introduced the concept of mandatory education back in 1800s as a way to maintain some form of social stability I suppose, then it got spread to rest of the world eventually, which as we know, has fucked up a lot of things for a lot of people and I say that’s actually the true root for a lot of today’s societal problems. Perhaps that modified Jamahiriya with way earlier access to social mobility and way more obvious concept of consequences, with an education based on teaching skill trades rather than that…school shit, may be the product of that revolution, and it may be the true replacement for today’s liberal democracy.

Uprisings only happen when the people have nothing to eat. Technological revolutions might spur some change though.

I’d say besides obvious starvation, uprising tends to happen when life is really that shit for the most folks and there wasn’t enough distraction. I doubt the philosophies of Enlightenment Movement and Industrial Revolution would happen if there wasn’t those explorers and scientists of all sorts who exposed Vatican’s claims. When folks don’t know who they should trust, they simply don’t give a fuck anymore. All it took is some inspiring influencers. And in my prediction, I’d say they may try to have everyone worship a living/lived human being instead of some higher up being, which in a way, may be even easier to overthrown, given you have a great influencer who can instigate and motivate everyone and is smart enough to destroy the God-man’s philosophy as well as any of that “nut job” accusations from the elites.
One thing for certain though; AI technology and maybe hacking into a set of AI systems may be deployed by both the elites and the rebels, once such uprising breaks out in 2400s or 2500s. A lot of battles may be fought by mostly robots…government robot troops vs rebel robot troops, with only a small team of human fighters, hackers and engineers providing the assistance, supporting and field commanding role.

Apparently when Marie Antoinette says the peasants should eat cake, that’s when the party starts. In Russia, protracted war caused disruptions in food supplies. It apparently always comes down to bread. Although some cases that look like revolutions is part of the elite usurping power. The latter are usually very quick.

And look at how she died. Look at how long Bourbon lasted in France. How come it took them so long to get it going? Imagine this…if Bourbon was born like a few centuries earlier, when Vatican’s influence was still strong, would any of this happen? It’s not always about food and yes, once the worshipping figure or distraction is destroyed, folks’ ability at tolerating bullshit will be severely hindered and that’s when shits may get wild.

Actually if you notice. Folks will tolerate any bullshit and for very long. Middle Ages only saw occasional peasant revolt or a heresy cult. This was usually suppressed by the local authority. French Revolution was pretty big deal though.

When it comes to this matter, I’ll say it like this: people will tolerate bullshit for very long, as long as there’s a stabilizing factor to it and its enemies have a shit soft power, or the leader has answer to that soft power. This stabilizing factor usually involves faith in something, as most folks can’t just survive on food and water. Once that stabilizing factor is removed or significantly weakened, then ka-boom…fires and blood everywhere.

Religion is usually a way the elite bullshits the population and keeps it from going awol. I don’t think your average peasant had an idea of the deep theology of the Church. The people back then could easily be manipulated. Total ignorance of anything. People’s Crusade. Heretical Waldesians in the woods. Witch trials. Mayhem. I believe there was a widespread faith in the Bolshevik idea in Russia, at least initially and when that did not deliver, the Commies lost authority. But also, the eighties in the Commie bloc were shit in terms of material conditions. Protestantism was only successful because it won over the local princes. In Czechia Protestantism was a completely elite phenomenon, when the Hapsburgs exterminated the elite, this was the end of Protestantism for at least two centuries.

It was a primitive form of faith. But in an advanced civilization, you’ll need that type of faith in order to keep everyone in check, no matter what. Alternatively, you can adapt to a more nomadic lifestyle. Actually, if one looks at it from an archaeologist point of view, perhaps nomadic lifestyle is actually how human beings are meant to live. The agrarian lifestyle is for a more hive-minded species…ants, bees…etc. We supposed to be an intelligent wolves-like creatures rather than ants-like or bees-like.
