Don’t forget about China too. China has been buying even more from Russia. And also, considering both China and India are coming up with oil-based products, which may have been sold to US and EU. In another word, US and EU still buying Russian oil, just in the form of products such as plastic-made things, Vaseline…etc.
The EU wants to sanction Indian and Chinese companies trading with Russian oil or secondary products. The report from CNN seems like a lobbying effort to do the same in the US.

They are now sanctioning few small companies in Serbia 😂, for making some hardware for Russia.
Like for real, and btw it’s literally DIY Serbian dudes, that make better stuff than anything in the EU, baring the Netherlands.
