Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.
Since I am working on a book, I actually have to read a lot of material, I simply can’t know everything I want to write. But reading through the material, especially dense academic stuff is so slow.
What do you complain about the most?

I don’t watch sports and I don’t play any.

Write about a few of your favorite family traditions.
I don’t talk to the vast majority of my family, and with my mother we have a dinner on Christmas Eve and when the money allows it, we go to Ischia. We don’t really keep any other traditions.
What makes a good leader?
A leader that delivers results. History will judge you.
If you could un-invent something, what would it be?
Fire, and be done with it…
Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
I need to buy more bookshelves or sell part of my book collection.
Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?
I had a plush toy, and it is probably in the basement somewhere or I gave it to the kids in the neighborhood. I can’t remember.
What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?
Look if we could conquer our physical limitations and thus achieve immortality, this would fundamentally change everything. The philosophy, lifestyle, attitude to consumption and the natural world. We would be like the elves of fantasy novels, we could only be destroyed but we wouldn’t be able to die a natural death.
