Czechia was Training Pilots for Traore

Source

So, a liberal pro-globohomo publication Seznam Zprávy writes that Petr Markvart, who in the late eighties for for the Foreign Trade Office of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and was an informant of the StB, the Communist secret service (just about anyone important back in the days had some visit from the StB, I even remember StB agents visiting my home once when I was small), used state facilities to train aviation technicians from Burkina Faso. The leader of Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traore has good relations with Russia, unlike Czechia.

And later in the article we read that Burkina Faso has diplomatic relations with Czechia and there aren’t any sanctions imposed on the country. So this story is a big nothingburger and plays on the prejudices and fears of the liberal readers of Seznam Zprávy. Petr Markvart is a shady arms dealer that works mostly with African and Middle Eastern nations, supports the ruling party in Czechia, ANO, and has been seen with some pro-Russian individuals. And that’s all folks!
