You see, there is a heavy tax on cigarettes and people still smoke them. Alcohol here in Czechia is everywhere and cheap. Drugs are banned but have a walk around the town and you smell it. Gambling is also everywhere. I would charge extra VAT on these services. Here in Czechia you have to be registered if you provide services online for money, and you need to keep receipts and report your earnings every month. I know I have to.
