There has been a confluence of events, the full moon followed by winter solstice. This is the worst time of the year, when the days are the shortest and vurdalaks come out of the woodwork.
One such Vurdalak is Taleb Al Abdulmohsen, a Saudi immigrant to Germany, who is now famous for driving a car into a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany. Taleb was truly intersectional:
