Bison to Help with CO2

If large herbivore bovine beasts can help with offsetting CO2, why are we told livestock like cows, or sheep contribute to climate change? And you must eat the bugs to save the planet? Make this make sense?

As you may have noticed, I am a very big proponent of rewinding. Our species has been taking from nature ever since our ancestors discovered agriculture some 12,000 years ago, and I believe the time has come to give back. We should feed big city feminists to the bears. 🐻

An article in Interesting Engineering claims Bison grazing in Romanian mountains can offset carbon emissions. It is interesting that large megafauna and also smaller animals like otters can be good for the environment and even offset climate change.

Furthermore, Schmitz added that the research team has investigated other species, including tropical forest elephants, musk oxen, and sea otters, with promising results.

Make this planet look like an African savanna or Pleistocene tundra. Like literally and unironically, teaming with animals. We should eat these animals too. Meanwhile we are lectured on honchos that travel by private jets to Davos how we should eat bugs…
