Somehow it reminded me of these photos of pages relating to Ukraine in a book by Peter Zeihan, The Accidental Superpower.
On my old blog that preceded this one and that I deleted in rage in 2016, I used to say, Ukraine is becoming a reservation for wild boars 🐗 and feral hogs 🐷 and this was long before Maidan, Crimea, Donbas, or the SVO. I saw the combination of low birthrates and emigration as a major threat to Ukraine’s long term survival. Obviously the SVO has exacerbated the immigration problem on top of deaths from war.
Insomniac Resurrected 
The combination of this war and their own low birth rate…it’s actually a possibility that Ukrainians in Ukraine will become extincted at some point. This will render Ukrainians as completely stateless. It’s possible they’ll turn into some sort of Slavic Rohingya, given the political nature of everything.
