A pretty gruesome mass shooting has occurred on the grounds of the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague several days ago. A student of history shot and killed 15 people. There is a widespread sadness.
The black flag is next to the Ukrainian flag. This is an ominous sight.
