The Slovak Prime Minister Said Putin Offered Him Transcarpathia to Accept Sputnik V

Answering a question as to what has he been offered to accept a shipment of Sputnik V vaccine from Russia, the Slovak Prime minister said Putin offered him the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine. The reality is that there isn’t enough of the Western vaccines in circulation.
