What are your thoughts about cryptocurrency?

I hold and use BTC, and that is the only cryptocurrency I respect and would ever consider. The other projects might have some advantages but I have never been disappointed by Bitcoin. As a user that has zero knowledge of programming, that uses BTC like he would use CZK, GBP, or EUR, Bitcoin works just fine. I have a Revolut card with a DOGE meme dog on it, and bought a heap of books with it. Basically, you can pay with BTC anywhere you want now. Technically, Revolut pays the vendor in government issued fiat and takes your sats, however it beats the argument that you cannot use BTC anywhere. Alza, the Czech online retail store accepts BTC and other cryptocurrencies as a payment.

The adoption of cryptocurrencies is slow but it is visible and it is felt and I suggest you actually allocate some of your money to BTC. BTC does fluctuate in price vis à vis government issued fiat and the latter is how we determine the price of goods. So many vendors don’t like taking payments in BTC. However, if a minority of purchases in your store will be payed into your crypto wallet, you will shout hooray when the price shoots up. And the Bitcoinheads are a minority of the population. I would divide the Bitcoinheads into several categories. The Wizards that do the mining and are super technical, the weirdo adopter like me, the Bitcoin curious guy, who never has money to buy BTC, and the normie that doesn’t get it, yet.
