Excessive exercise will lead to a host of problems. Body builders die younger. I don’t even know why pumping iron is referred to as fitness. And the problem is articles such as these would be seen by some as soy propaganda. As a person you need to move your muscles, you should be lean with strong legs that you can walk long distances like your Paleolithic ancestors did in pursuit of mammoth 🦣 herds.
