So, I have just finished my VAT report. As a person with a business license in Czechia, I have to pay my VAT every month on the income I have made.
Income tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, inheritance tax. The state needs to eat, we need money for Ukraine, money for refugees, money for green transition, money for single mothers. Everybody needs to eat. Eating and shitting is what this is all about… work slaves, pay taxes. I just payed like $3 for a loaf of bread here in Czechia.
By the way, taxes in Czechia hide under insurance payments like obligatory medical and semi-obligatory (for employers) social security, the latter is for pensions for boomers. If you have a business, social security payments are rather high because we have to punish people for being self employed. Wanna use the highway, buy a stamp. Stamp signifies tax paid.
Filing taxes are a big part of being an adult, avoiding tax is ascending…
