I was just talking about it lol. Putin had heart attack…just like those cancer claims or even back then when they mentioned Putin may have Asperger…etc. They can’t win using narratives backed by logic nor on the field; and neither the intimidation nor the stick-n-carrot tactics have worked on turning Russia’s general populations into anti-Putin nor pro-West so far (I’d say only the Russian middle-class have bought into it, but the rest still remain the same). At the end of the day, they resort to this type of rumors.
On the second thoughts, that particular Telegram channel may just try to lower the guards for the Western world. By coming up with this type of rumors, it may make the leadership in Washington and Brussels to be overconfident, which may make things easier for Russia.
